161496 travellers entered Bahrain last week

Manama, March 21 (BNA) — The Assistant Undersecretary for Exits, Search and Follow-Up in the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (GDNPR) stated that the total number of travelers who entered the Kingdom of Bahrain in the period 14 of March to 19th of the same month at 2013 reached 161,496 travelers.

He pointed out that the weekly statistics issued by the GDNPR revealed that King Fahd Causeway saw the entry of 129,229 travelers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries; the Bahrain International Airport saw the entry of 30,231 travelers; and, Mina Khalifa port saw the entry of 2036 travelers within the said week.
