200 regional firm back top MEP show in Bahrain

More than 200 companies from Bahrain and the region will display their latest products and sign supply deals with local and regional clients at an upcoming MEP (Mechanical Engineering Plumbing) forum in Bahrain.

The fourth edition of the annual Arabian MEP (Mechanical Engineering Plumbing) Conference and Exhibition, a construction industry show, held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from April 6 to 8, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

Organised by Exposure Media, and held under the patronage of Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning Affairs Minister Essam Khalaf, the show will highlight Bahrain and the region’s promotion of green energy technologies as well as issues concerning environmental sustainability.

The event will also showcase the latest technologies in green buildings available globally and their implementation in the construction industry in this part of the world through special seminars on trends and opportunities for businesses.

Higher energy efficiency, greener products and sustainable technologies that have accelerated the pace at which new products and innovations are launched in the market will also be the focus during the event, a gathering of professionals and experts from the HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) industry from the region and beyond.

Spread over an area of 8,000 square metres, the event is expected to bring together around 6,500 engineers and decision-makers who will discuss the latest trends in the industry and application of green and environmentally-friendly technologies.

He said the event will focus on boosting the markets and promote quality and sustainability in the services offered.

“Experts and top professionals from the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, automation and insulation industries will offer beginners and other business persons a chance to interact with them, paving way for new and productive correlation,” Joseph said.
