308168 people entered Bahrain from December 31 to January 6

Manama, Jan. 7 (BNA): The Assistant Undersecretary for Ports, Search and Follow-up at the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports Residence (GDNPR) on Thursday said 308,168 people had entered Bahrain between December 31 and January 6. He added 250,717 arrived from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)-member countries via King Fahad Causeway, 55,017 through Bahrain International Airport and 2,434 through ports.

The 25-kilometre long King Fahad Causeway, the terrestrial link between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, was opened on November 26, 1986. It has been used by millions of travelers and vehicles, making it one of the busiest traffic areas in the Arab world.
