3,895 housing units under construction in Bahrain’s Northern Town, East Hidd

The project constitutes the basic pillar for implementation of 25,000 residential units listed under the Government Action Plan.
Construction work is under way on 3,895 houses in two major housing projects, Northern Town and East Hidd in Bahrain, Housing Minister Bassim bin Yaqoub Al Hammer has said.
The project constitutes the basic pillar for implementation of 25,000 residential units listed under the Government Action Plan (GAP2015-2018). Al Hammer said 3,895 housing units will be constructed in east Al Hidd and the northern city.
The minister conducted a field inspection tour of the projects to check progress of work.
These houses are being constructed as part of the 40,000 residential units to be constructed under the government action plan.
