76% clients prefer I-banking: UoB study

Manama: Jan. 9 – (BNA): A study conducted by University of Bahrain (UoB)’s IT College student Zahra Abdullah Al-Nasser concluded that Internet-banking (or I-banking) services usage has increased by 25% reaching 76% last year (2013) compared with 51% in 2010.

Most frequently visited services are: account statement, payment and money remittance. The study explored the theme of: (Gauging Customer Satisfaction with regard to Internet-Banking Services in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the year 2013). (IY)
