AGCC Skills Competition Authority meets in Salalah

The AGCC Skills Competition Authority held its 21st meeting at the Residence Salalah Hotel on Monday.

The two-day meeting  discussed a number of topics, including the skills competition hosted by Bahrain.

Khamis al Hadhrami, assistant director general of vocational training, Ministry of Manpower (MoM), and a member at the Gulf and International Skills Authority, said that the authority will also discuss expanding and distributing its activities for the coming three years.

The chairman of the authority for the coming period will also be selected.

He added that this meeting comes ahead of the preparation for holding the Gulf Skills Competition, which is scheduled to be hosted by Saudi Arabia in 2016.
