Manama: Jan. 19 – (BNA): The Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC) affirmed its readiness to receive exhibitors, participants and visitors at the Autumn Fair 2014.

The Autumn Fair2014 is scheduled to be launched under the auspices of Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhro at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre on Tuesday January 21 which continues until January 29.

The Authority in its statement announced the completion of its final preparations to embrace the activities of the BIECC Autumn Show2014 in cooperation with all the relevant bodies including Ministry of Interior, the organizing firm the Arabian Expos Management Company and readiness to provide all services and facilitations required for exhibiters, participants and visitors of the show throughout the duration of the exhibition.
The annual Autumn Fair is hosted by the Exhibition and Conventions Centre and the number of local and overseas exhibiting companies is expected to be 750 firms from 21 countries compared with 700 last year i.e. with an increase of 7%. The number of Bahraini companies and establishments to participate in the Autumn Fair 2014 is expected to be 121 companies this year.

The fair in its twenty-fifth version is allocated 14,800 square meters which is the maximum space available for exhibiting halls, including Hall No.: 1, Hall No.: 2 and the Nakheel Hall besides the allocation of outdoor space for families and kids recreation.

The show is expected to attract 185,000 visitors, including Bahraini citizens and residents from neighbouring countries especially from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (IY)
