Paris, Sept. 9 (BNA): The Bahrain Culture and Antiquities Authority (BACA)’s president Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa met French Culture Minister Mme. Fleur Pellerin and exchanged conversation about latest global cultural developments, affirming the huge global role and product of French culture in various fields.
Shaikha Mai praised the links and diversity of Arab and French cultures based on mutual exchange as the bridge that never misses it path towards humanity’s essence and through which desirable people-to-people communications can be achieved.
Shaikha Mai yesterday attended the inauguration of Egyptian Exhibition of Ancient Treasures and Submerged Relics hosted at the Arab World Institute in the presence of French President Francois Hollande. She also participated in the ceremony held to support the renovation of the Chateau de Versailles.
