Bad weather disrupts maritime traffic in Kuwait

Kuwait , Feb8(BNA)Bahrain has today distributed the maritime traffic linking three Kuwaiti seaports, located in Shuwaikh and Shuaiba, and Doha, Qatar. In a statement posted on Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA)announced that rising sand and violent winds brought the maritime traffic at the three seaports to a standstill.

The (KPA) statement said the wind speed ranged between 20 and 25 nautical miles. He added that the wind speed ranged between 20 and 25 nautical miles, while visibility dropped below one knot which crippled navigation to and from the three ports.
