08 de junio de 2015, 16:38Manama, Jun 8 (Prensa Latina) Bahraini authorities welcomed today the support of the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf and Kuwait, in particular its efforts to thwart terrorist actions and ensure the safety of the kingdom.

Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry welcomed the announcement of the Bahraini Interior Ministry that it was dismantled a terrorist cell that allegedly planned to threaten the stability of this nation and other neighbor countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Yesterday, the Interior Ministry announced it had captured a group of people before they materialize their plans for violent actions, sabotage and terrorist attacks and other criminal operations, and praised the recognition of its five partners in this entity.

In this regard, the Kuwaiti ambassador in Manama, Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al Sabah, stated that the security of Bahrain is an inseparable part of Kuwait and pointed out that the attacks of extremist organizations are aimed to terrorize citizens and undermine development efforts.

For his part, GCC Secretary General Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, praised from Riyadh the efficiency and security of Bahraini security agencies to abort the alleged plot of groups linked to foreign terrorist movements, who declined to identify.
