Manama, May 26 (BNA): Ombudsman’s Nawaf Al- Ma’awda today received EU Special Representative for Human Rights, Stavros Lambrinidis, and stressed keenness on achieving cooperation with many European and international institutions to promote Bahrain-EU human rights cooperation relations.
Al-Ma’awda reviewed main activities of the Ombudsman Office in the areas of receiving complaints and monitoring the reform and detention centers in the framework of bolstering human rights in the police work.
