Bahrain lift GCC Youth Championship bowling crown

BAHRAINI bowlers continues their impressive run in the Ninth GCC Youth Championship in Muscat adding one more title on Tuesday.

Ahmed Al Gaoud and Ahmed Al Khaja bagged the youths double crown in style  totalling 2,770 points for an average of 230-83 and a high game of 526.

Qatar’s Hazeem Al Muraikhi and Ghanim Abojassoum finished a distant second with a total of 2,610 points for an average of 217.50 and a high game of 479 while Saudi Arabia’s Raed Sulimani and Saud Al KHalewi were third with a total of 2,567 for an average of 213.92 and a high game of 500.
