Manama, July15 (BNA): Bahraini girl Maria Hassan Abdulla has fulfilled her wish of meeting His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa. HM the King received her this evening at Al-Safriya Palace, in the presence of his Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Board of Trustees’ Chairman His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa.

Her mother was also present, along with the chairperson and members of Dreams Society. HM the King hailed the noble mission and goals of Dreams Society, commending its dedicated efforts to foster awareness among Bahrain society to take care of children. He affirmed support to charity and humanitarian work dedicated to help children and youngsters and strengthen social cohesion. Maria Hassan Abdulla said she was overwhelmingly delighted to fulfill her wish and thanked HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad for conveying her dream to HM the King.

Dreams Society Chairperson also paid tribute to HM the King for fulfilling Maria’s dream, which reflects his fatherly care for Bahraini children and dedicated support to orphans, widows and the needy. She prayed to Allah Almighty to bless HM the King with long life to continue leading his dear country and people.
