Manama, July 16 (BNA): Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor to HRH Premier, received here today the newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Qi Zhenhong.

They reviewed ways to bolster cooperation between the two friendly countries in all fields.

Shaikh Salman lauded the steady progress of bilateral relations thanks to the strong ties bonds the two countries’ leaderships and peoples at all levels.

HRH Premier’s Advisor affirmed the kingdom’s interest in building on the outstanding bilateral relations to enhance joint cooperation, especially in the economic, trade and investment fields.

He wished the ambassador every success in assuming his diplomatic duties and developing bilateral relations.

Ambassador Qi Zhenhong expressed his country’s keenness to broaden areas of cooperation with the Kingdom based on the two countries’ solid relations and desire to establish an effective model of bilateral relations.

He lauded the development and progress boom currently witnessed by the kingdom in all fields.
