Manama, July 23 (BNA): Secretary General of Arab Gulf Forum for Strategic Planning Dr. Fahad Ibrahim Al Shehabi has condemned the Iranian interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs, welcoming the patriotic call of Interior Minister Lt-Gen Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
Dr. Al-Shehabi stressed that the current stage necessitates clumping together against challenges faced by the region.

He denounced the unacceptable repeated provocative Iranian attempts and interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs, which do not conform with international norms of good neighbourliness.

He called for taking all necessary legal measures to maintain safety and security of Bahrain’s citizens and residents against the alien terrorist acts to the peaceful Bahraini community.

He said that Bahrain under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has become a fine example in democratic practices to follow.

He hailed the Interior Ministry’s efforts in thwarting attempts aimed at undermining the homeland’s security and stability, calling for standing by Bahrain’s leadership to continue the march of development and construction.
