Manama, Jan. 11. (BNA) – Bahrain booked their seats in the semi-finals of the 21st Gulf Cup with a hard-earned 1-0 victory over Qatar today at the National Stadium.

Faouzi Aish scored the only goal from the penalty spot in the 24th minute.

With four points, Bahrain was second in Group A, behind UAE, and will play Iraq in the semi finals.

In the group’s second match, UAE beat Oman 2-0.
