Bahrain to Host 2nd International Conference & Exhibition on Best Practices in …

Manama, May 18. (BNA) — Under the patronage of the Finance Minister and the Minister in Charge of Oil and Gas Affairs Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Kingdom of Bahrain will host second international conference and exhibition on Best Practices in Pipeline Operations Integrity Management, which will be held in Gulf Convention Centre on 20-23 October, 2013.


The event will be organised by Tiratsoo Technical and Clarion Technical Conferences of Houston, in coordination with the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and with the support of the platinum elite sponsor Saudi Aramco, and silver sponsors: “ROSEN” Middle East, Clock Spring and Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco).


The major multi-track conference will bring together experts from within and outside the region to discuss some of the latest technologies and concepts for maintaining and operating oil and gas pipelines in the most efficient, cost-effective, and professional manner, while taking account f the environmental and other concerns of the communities through which they pass.

On the occasion, Shaikh Ahmed expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to organisers fro holding the second edition of the event and its accompanying exhibition in Bahrain, affirming that NOGA is keen to promote the kingdom’s position as a hub of specialised international conferences and exibitions.
