Goal: To provide PPC Account Management for a range of clients and support the growth of the company. Ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered consistently. Strategic implementation and management of PPC campaigns for key client accounts in order to increase performance and ensure continued success.
Responsible for: Assisting the UAE/MENA paid media team to day to day account management, as well as providing support to strengthen the rapport with key UAE/MENA/International clients.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Manage campaigns to achieve and exceed client targets
– Provide accurate information and reports
– Optimise client accounts for maximum performance using standard PPC practices such as adjusting bid strategy, improving and testing creatives, and adjusting campaign targeting and scheduling
– Responsible for ensuring smooth running of client’s campaign, including effective budgetary control
– Manage day-to-day activity and workload, ensuring it is organized in an effective and efficient way
– Define, follow and evolve PPC strategies for appointed clients
– Feeding into the campaign strategy with recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency
– Construct account development plans to maximise long-term performance and growth of account overall
– Build and manage close working relationships with clients and partners to ensure smooth running and elaboration of campaigns
– Contribute to meetings, whether with clients or internal teams
– Provide appropriate communication, consultation and regular updates to clients and external agencies as and when required, in a language that is easily understood
– Run reports on a regular basis for campaign optimisation and client reporting
– Assist with presales meeting preparation for PPC accounts, including forecasting and modelling to identify client potential
– Identify, test and make suggestions for new PPC techniques that NB UAE/MENA should consider adopting
