Manama: July 29 – (BNA) – A number of youths’ activists in the Kingdom of Bahrain highlighted that the speedy implementation of the recommendations concluded yesterday by the National Assembly’s extraordinary session will definitely usher in a phase of stability and prosperity which enables them to contribute much more in making their future and participate in developing their beloved Motherland. A number of youth activists told the Bahrain News Agency (BNA) that the continuity of acts of violence, terrorism, incitement or attempts to fragment the ranks negatively impacts on youngsters in schools, universities, societies, etc. and makes these institutions an arena for divisionism and strife and swerves them from performing their role in preparing the future young generation.

The chairman of the board of directors of Bahrain Youths’ Society, Ali Sharfi, praised the epoch-making session of the National Assembly and its resultant whose implementing restores security, stability and prosperity to all Bahraini community members in all walks of life. Sharfi expressed gratitude and appreciation to the wise leadership of HM the King, HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince for their noble prompt response to the recommendations which reflect the demands of all Bahraini people especially youths who will contribute in making the Kingdom’s future. Sharfi emphasized that Bahraini youths are quite aware of the sensitive phase undergone by their Homeland and the need to stand united behind the wise leadership in safeguarding their Homeland, future and boosting their gains. Sharfi cautioned Bahraini youngsters especially teenagers and adolescents who may be likely to drift behind provocative media or social pulpits, etc.

Also, the young volunteer and activist – also a member of Amnesty International, Fatima Al-Harbi, said that all noble Bahrainis have today followed the historic session of the National Assembly and the speeches and interventions on the part of the people’s representatives (MPs and Shura Council members), especially young members who are keen more than anything else on the country’s future and removal of anything which threatens its future.

Also, Ahmed Bu Hassan the manager of Shabab Times website pointed out that Bahraini youths have positively reacted to the historic session of the National Assembly today, asserting that the various recommendations issued by the National Assembly exactly reflect the aspirations and hopes on the part of youths for security and safety to return to Bahraini streets and the provision of fertile environment to unleash their potential capabilities and initiatives.

Also, the young media professional Hussein Showaiter accentuated that the Bahraini people have long since been awaiting the recommendations issued by the National Assembly’s session today, stressing that Bahraini youths have become more assured about their future and the future of their Motherland as a result of the decisive words and deeds they hear from decision-makers.

Showaiter pointed out that Bahraini media professionals, especially youths, are proactive on social networking and have a big role in explaining these recommendations and consecrating them as a governmental and popular roadmap in order to defuse any threat which may return Bahrain to the phase of unfortunate incidents – God forbids.
