Bahrainis to take part in GCC Games

Manama: Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) general secretary Abdulrahman Askar announced that Bahrain will participate in the Second GCC Games to be held in Dammam from October 15 to 26 with a total of 177 members, including 127 sportsmen.

This was confirmed during a meeting headed by Askar with members of the administrative delegation of Bahrain for the GCC event.

Bahrain will take part in football, basketball, volleyball, handball, athletics, swimming, self-defence, table tennis, bowling, weightlifting, equestrian and goal ball for blind athletes.
