Batelco hosts 4th Customer Experience Workshop

Batelco General Manager Networks Abdulhamid Chehab extended Batelco’s appreciation to the customers for attending the workshop and invited them to voice their open and constructive feedback that will enable Batelco to improve services delivered to all customers and serve the community in a better way.

“The main goals of this workshop are to provide our randomly selected customers with an overview of Batelco’s products and services while allowing them to share their experiences with our network, products and customer services teams in addition to indentifying any issues, they may have encountered,” Mr. Chehab said.

“It also serves to put in place improvement actions to ensure a continuously enhanced customer experience, high quality service delivery and after sales support,” he added.

Batelco is committed to making continued efforts to build a future proof infrastructure that supports the development of the telecommunications sector in the Kingdom in line with Bahrain’s Economic vision 2030, while also focusing on providing the best services and products to our customers.

“The customer experience programme has enabled us to provide our customers with a ‘face-to-face’ communication channel giving them the opportunity to openly express their views and relate their experiences and additionally putting forward their suggestions and recommendations,” he said.

“Such information is used in our improvement plans for the sake of the whole customer base,” added Mr. Chehab.

During the workshop, a number of key presentations were given by Batelco officials focusing on the company’s innovative network advancement, new product portfolio and its quest towards service excellence.

The customers expressed their appreciation to Batelco for this initiative in inviting them to the forum in order to share their experiences and listen to their feedback and suggestions. The event was concluded by presenting customers with Batelco appreciation gifts in recognition of their participation and valued feedback.
