Batelco to invest in network upgrade

Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), the kingdom’s leading communications solutions provider, said it will be investing towards upgrading its network system in order to enhance the quality of its mobile coverage throughout the country.

The company is currently working on boosting its entire network system including the 4G and 3G networks, so as to provide faster mobile broadband connections with superior quality, said a statement.

Muna Al Hashemi, the company’s acting CEO said the significant investment to enhance its networks and improve quality of services was part of its strategy to meet the high expectations of subscribers. – TradeArabia News Service
