Washington, May 9 (BNA): The Cultural Office at Bahrain’s Embassy here has hosted the delegation participating in the National Cherry Blossom festivities.

The delegation comprises fifty members, each representing a US state.

The Cultural Advisor Mubarak Batti informed the delegation about Bahrain’s rich culture and civilisation.

The kingdom’s achievements in the education field, and its efforts to upgrade its output in order to meet the needs of the labour market were highlighted.

The meeting also touched upon the role of Bahraini women and the leading posts they hold in various work fields.
