Manama, Oct. 22 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Simon Martin.

His Highness congratulated the recently-appointed UK Ambassador on his new assignment, and assured him of the support and assistance he will get from all Bahraini officials to facilitate his diplomatic duties in boosting the bilateral cooperation ties in all fields.

The ambassador praised His Highness’s hospitality and welcoming reception of him, lauding the Kingdom of Bahrain’s revival in the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Ambassador Simon Martin pledged to exert all possible efforts to develop and boost the friendship and cooperation relations between his country and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
