Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, received an overwhelming response for its upcoming projects from potential investors at the Gulf Property Show 2015 held recently in Manama.
The company is developing Diyar Al Muharraq, a unique master planned city for the people of Bahrain offering range of housing options and quality lifestyle. Announcing its highly successful participation in the Gulf Property Show 2015, the Bahrain developer said it had registered the names of potential investors who were interested in purchasing residential land plots in an upcoming project represented in a residential waterfront community.
The event was organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) from May 12 to 14 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC) under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Bahrain HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
Gulf Property Show 2015 was held alongside two other major exhibitions, gulfBID and gulf Interiors, thus ensuring the continued success of the biggest integrated business to business platform for the construction, interiors and property in the Northern Gulf.
A regular participant at the event since its inception, Diyar Al Muharraq occupies a prominent place among hundreds of participants at the show. This year, as a key strategic sponsor of the event, the company received a constant stream of individual visitors and property developers who expressed a keen interest in their projects.
The Bahraini developer showcased the project in its entirety by displaying its master plan that emphasized on its many investment opportunities, specifically highlighting the commercial investment opportunities it presents to both visitors and investors.
Diyar Al Muharraq also focused on the commercial plots on avail for investment and invited potential suitors to buy into its highly lucrative projects such as Commercial Villa Plots, the B5 Residential Buildings Plots, Light Industry/Logistics and Warehousing Plots and the Commercial Showroom Plots.
CEO Dr Maher Al Shaer said: “We are immensely proud and elated to be announcing our enormous success in the Gulf Property Show 2015. Though it was expected due to the expo’s sheer size and scope of our current and potential contribution to Bahrain, there was nevertheless a considerable increase in interest to our project and visits to our stall as compared to last year.”

Global Real Estate Development Company, Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi who are experts in urbanisation and renewal, also unveiled details of a new mixed-use waterfront project which will include 3,500 high-end apartments, a cruise terminal and a traditional souq, with the urban development located within the master-planned community of Diyar Al Muharraq.
To be built in partnership with Emaar Hospitality Group, ‘Marasi Al Bahrain’ will be a 865,000 sq-m waterfront lifestyle, business and leisure destination offering luxury hotels and restaurants that is set to come up on the eastern shores of Diyar Al Muharraq.
The unveiling was greeted with a positive response from visitors who commended this exceptional project for the role it will have in supporting the economy of Bahrain, stated Al Shaer.

The Gulf Property Show 2015 was the third successive edition of the same and featured developers not only from the GCC but as far afield as Turkey, the UAE, Bulgaria, Malaysia, and the UK with additional real estate opportunities being exhibited from Cyprus, Bosnia, the US and Spain.
