Diyar in key Bahrain villa plots sale success

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, has announced the sale of all the plots in the Phase One of the Commercial Villas project situated at a prime location in the kingdom.

The sale of the commercial villa plots was launched on June 1, 2014 and the title deeds will be handed over to their owners, both Bahrainis and GCC nationals, in the third quarter of 2015.
Diyar Al Muharraq also announced that the infrastructural elements that will envelope the plots is set to be completed by 2017.
With the successful sale of the first phase plots, Diyar Al Muharraq is now looking towards the launch and sale of Phase Two.
