Deluret realizó varias denuncias e intentó finalizar la situación a través de una vía judicial sin obtener respuestas, es por eso que decidió instalar un mingitorio en su vereda con un cartel que decía: “Baño exclusivo para clientes del bar Don Diego”, según publicó El diario de la República.

Su insólita “protesta” duró sólo ocho horas hasta que decidió sacarlo y pensar que la solución llegará pronto con un poco más de orden y control. Además nombra ejemplos de la cuadra con los que nunca tuvieron problemas, a pesar de que realizan fiestas ya que contratan seguridad y se controla la entrada, salida y cercanías del lugar. “En la discoteca, atrás del bar, pasa de todo y nadie controla”, agregó un vecino.
