Rising New Zealand drivers Mitch Evans and Richie Stanaway have been selected to test drive for two leading manufacturers on the World Endurance Championship.
Evans will drive a Porsche and Stanaway an Audi at an end-of-season rookie test in Bahrain on November 21.
The pair, who both race in the GP2 world series, were chosen by WEC promoters to take part in the inaugural test which will provide a good chance to showcase their ability in front of some influential figures in world motorsport.
Both drivers will get a chance to drive at least 30 laps in a Le Mans prototype car.
Meanwhile, Stanaway finished seventh and Evans 11th in the first race of the latest GP2 round in Sochi, Russia.
Evans is sixth overall midway through the ninth round of the 11-round series following the result of the feature race on Saturday which was shortened to 15 laps. Stanaway is 11th overall.
The race was won by US driver Alexander Rossi.
The Sochi sprint race is on Sunday.
