London, Nov. 12 (BNA)– Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa hailed the Bahraini-British Work Team’s programme which enjoys tremendous support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa as it aims to further stengthen deep-rooted historic relations between the two friendly countries.
This came at a meeting with British Minister of State in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Hugh Robertson during the second meeting of the Bahraini-British joint team which convened today at the British Foreign Office, in the presence of Public Security Chief Major General Taraq Hassan Al-Hassan.

Discussions focused on bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international issues of common concern, including fighting terror, exploring trade and investment opportunities and Bahrain’s progress in its reform programme.
