New York, Sept. 27 (BNA) Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met his Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez on the sidelines of the 69th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

He asserted Bahrain’s keenness on developing Bahraini – Cuban relations in various fields, commending strong ties bonding the two friendly countries.

The two ministers also reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest on the agenda of the UN General Assembly.
