MANAMA: The eGovernment Authority (eGA) has announced it is organising a workshop entitled ‘Holistic Business Process Management: Improvement to Transformation’.
It will be held as part of the eighth edition of the Bahrain International eGovernment Forum 2015, on March 15, under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Supreme Committee for Information and Communication Technology chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.

It will cover different aspects of the BPM including process management, lifecycle management, process mapping, improvement opportunity discovery, process transformation and an outside-in perspective, performance measurement and management, end-to-end process perspective, transformation solution simulation and validation as well as its impacts on customer satisfaction.
Eight workshops are scheduled to be held in parallel with the IT Expo 2015 from March 17 to 19 at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), following the forum’s sessions on March 15 and 16.
The workshops will be under the supervision and follow-up of eGA, in co-ordination with NGOs, specialised institutes and international organisations.
All workshops will be held at BIC with the participation of keynote speakers and experts from across the globe.
