“Fit-out works by tenants including leading food and beverage, retail and lifestyle brands are well underway,” said Ali Barhoom, manager, business development and commercial and retail and commercial property development at Pegasus Real Estate NAI Bahrain, who are the exclusive leasing and management company for the project.
Food and beverage brands include Mashawi Al Abraj, Ya Salaam, Yas Isfahani, Smartbite Café, Tim Hortons, Cold Stone Creamery, Crust Crema, Yoko Sizzlers and Wafflemeister.
A new Indian restaurant brand, a Chinese restaurant, traditional Arabic cafes and other quick service restaurants will also be present.

Lifestyle and other brands include Ruyan Cosmetics, SaSa Bahrain, Maskati Pharmacy, Al Baraka Bank and Sparadise Spa Salon.
Strategically located in Zinj on the Shaikh Isa bin Salman Highway that links Saudi Arabia to Bahrain, the retail centre has been conceived as a boutique strip mall, sprawling across a plot of 30,000sqm and boasting a total built-up area of more than 42,000sqm.
The project has won the “Highly Commended Retail Development in Bahrain” Award given by the Arabian Property Awards as part of the International Property Awards UK.
As much as 12,350sqm has been set aside for shopping and dining spaces featuring prominent fashion brands and international and new-to-Bahrain food and beverage franchises and eateries.
In addition, visitors will also have at their disposal, three dedicated floors of parking for more than 580 cars, as well as several convenient outdoor parking spaces.
“The project will be a refreshing addition to Central Manama, offering modern architecture and open layout design, lush landscapes and tree-lined avenues, as opposed to closed recreational and shopping centres. Expansive glass facades, elegant tree-lined walkways and tranquil water features, harmoniously combine to bring alive a destination that sublimely merges the charm of the outdoors with elegant designs that can be experienced indoors.
Galleria is expected to attract customers from all over Bahrain while its main catchment areas are Zinj, Mahooz, Adliya, Umm Al Hassam, Tubli and Gudaibiya housing a substantially large cosmopolitan population.
“Ninety per cent of the project is leased out and very few units are remaining for lease,” Mr Barhoom said.
“Located directly on the Shaikh Isa bin Salman highway it will be the first stop for visitors from Saudi Arabia and is a short drive away from Tubli, Janabiya, Jasra, Saar and Hamala. Galleria’s major attraction will be its clean, minimalist layout which will feature a greater floor space, aesthetically designed walking aisles, in store better and state-of-the-art shelving, all adding up to provide a truly international shopping experience for visitors,” added Mr Barhoom.
