ONE of Bahrain’s biggest companies celebrated the launch of a new book during an event at the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel and Spa.

Senior media figures and government officials were present as GPIC president Dr Abdulrahman Jawahery unveiled GPIC in the Local Press 2013.

The ninth edition of the book is a compilation of the company’s news published in local newspapers last year.

“GPIC is constantly seeking to move along a path of success and seeks to achieve even more, thanks to the commitment of the employees to work as one team,” he said.

Dr Jawahery said the company’s management and board of directors had helped draw up successful strategies and determined the course of the company, while developing appropriate plans to overcome economic challenges and fierce competition.
