Gulf Air: Barhain- Istanbul increase

Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain- As part of its new summer schedule Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, is launching additional flights to and from Istanbul as of 11th July with a choice of up to 07 flights a week, available for travel through to 12th September 2015. The increased flights to/from Turkey’s largest city, are catering to growing passenger numbers in light of the upcoming holiday season.

Gulf Air’s A/Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Ahmed Janahi commented on the frequency increase: “As the holidays approach, we are gearing up for a busy summer season and increasing the number of convenient options available for our passengers. Giving Gulf Air passengers increased flexibility and choice in booking their summer travel to and from Istanbul is critical in light of the consistently strong two-way traffic between this historic city and Bahrain and the greater region and we are confident our 2015 summer schedule will improve our passengers’ travel experience.”

Gulf Air operates one of the largest regional networks, with multiple daily flights to more than 10 regional cities. The national carrier also provides excellent connectivity for passengers travelling from Turkey to the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Asia.
