Gulf Air wins Award of Excellence

Manama, Apr 13 (BNA) – Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has won the Award of Excellence for information technology and telecommunication at the Gulf I-TECH Exhibition 2014, which was recently held at the Gulf Convention Centre.

The award was received by Gulf Air’s Acting CEO, Maher Salman Al-Musallam, who took pride in the award which enhances Gulf Air achievements in the development of information technology in the aviation industry and provides a safe technological work environment for our customers.

Gulf Air’s Executive Director for Information Technology, Dr. Jassim Hajji, highlighted Gulf Air’s commitment to provide best services in the area of information technology, which is an important factor in the aviation industry.

I-TECH awards are given to companies and individuals who contribute to the development of the information technology and telecommunications sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC countries.
