Manama, Bahrain – April 24, 2014

Gulf Finance House (GFH), the Bahrain based Islamic investment bank, today announced the conclusion of the first meeting of the Bank’s Board of Directors on 22 April 2014 following its election at the Bank’s recently held AGM on 14 April 2014.

The eight member Board is comprised of the following individuals:

Dr. Ahmed Khalil Al- Mutawa (Emirati national) as the Chairman, Mr. Musabah Saif Al Mutairy (Omani national), as the Vice Chairman, and Mr. Faisal Abdulla Fouad Abubshait (Saudi national), Mr. Bashar Mohammed Almutawa (Bahrain), Mr. Yousef Ibrahim Al Ghanim (Kuwait national), Dr. Khalid Mohammed Al Khazraji (Emirati national), Shaikh Mohamed Duaij AlKhalifa (Bahraini national) and Mr. Mohamed Ali Talib (Bahraini national) as the Members of the Board.
