Manama, Oct. 18. (BNA) – Head of His Royal Highness Premier’s Court Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa received here today the German Ambassador to Bahrain Sabine Taufmann.
During the meeting, Shaikh Hussam said that the kingdom is looking forward to consolidating its partnership and cooperation with friendly Germany in all fields.
He also praised the two countries’ solid trade and investment ties, in line with their governments’ joint efforts to bolster bilateral cooperation, commending the Ambassador’s contributions in this regard.
He also highlighted His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s keen interest to upgrade relations and cooperation with all countries, particularly Germany, given its key political and economic roles at the European and world levels, calling for the need to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two nations further.

The latest regional and global developments and issues of mutual concern were also reviewed.

On her part, the German envoy praised the steadily-growing deep-rooted Bahraini-German relations, asserting that the efforts of the Government of Bahrain, led by HRH Premier, have consolidated bilateral ties and cooperation in all political, economic and social fields.
