Manama, Sept.6 (BNA): His Highness Major Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Commander of the Royal Guard’s Special Force on Sunday participated at Honainiyah cemeteries in the funeral service for the five martyrs who died in the line of duty alongside the Saudi-led Arab coalition forces in support of legitimacy in fraternal Yemen,

His Highness submitted sincere condolences to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the government and people of Bahrain and the families of martyrs at the same time congratulating them on this martyrdom by sacrificing their souls in defending the nation.

His Highness stressed the BDF and servicemen’s upholding the principles of defending the nation and said victory inshaAllah is near. His Highness talked about his indescribable appreciation of the martyrs with whom he had served for eight years.

Regarding the Kingdom’s designation of the Martyrs’ National Day, His Highness said it is our duty in recognition of servicemen who sacrificed their souls for their nation and whose divine reward in Paradise will be much more greater.
