Manama, Aug.1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa congratulated Bahraini rider Dana Al-Binghadir Al-Dosary who won the 120-km junior race in Belgium, clocking 7.10.10 Hrs.
HM the King extended congratulations in a telephone call to the victorious champion, hailing the landmark performance which adds to the string of remarkable achievements of the Royal Endurance Team, led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa.
HM the King commended the Royal Endurance Team riders for their outstanding results in their first ever participation in the 120-km Belgium International Endurance Race for adults and juniors.
HM the King’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President and Royal Endurance Team Captain HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa also held a phone call with the 120-km junior champion and congratulated her on her performance.
He also commended the outstanding performance of her team-mate Salim Sabt who finished second in the 120-km Belgium International Endurance Race for adults and juniors.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa paid tribute to HM the King for continuously supporting the Royal Endurance Team which achieved landmark performances in the international sport arenas.
