Muscat, Dec. 11 (BNA)— His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa extended today an invitation to Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman to the 33rd GCC Summit, scheduled to be held in Bahrain on December 24-25.

Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs Fahd bin Mahmood Al Saeed received Bahraini Ambassador to Oman Mohammed Saleh Al Shaikh Ali who submitted the invitation.

Both sides discussed bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common interest.
