HM King receives Ramadan well-wishers

Manama, June 20 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received at Sakhir Palace, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Shura Council President, ministers, Supreme Judicial Council President, National Audit Office President, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Chairman, Governors, Municipal Councils chairmen and heads of the labour federations.

They all congratulated HM the King on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Allah Almighty to bless him with abundant health and happiness and guide him on the path of success to continue the march of development and progress in the prosperous era.

HM the King exchanged with the well-wishers greetings on the advent of Ramadan and thanked them for their congratulations and sincere feelings, hailing their strenuous efforts to serve the Kingdom of Bahrain in all fields and strengthen its standing. He prayed to Allah Almighty to bless the people of Bahrain as well as the Arab and Islamic nations.

“Ramadan is the month of worshipping, compassion, solidarity and mercy between all people”, HM the King said wishing further fraternity and cohesion between the people of Bahrain.

HM the King stressed the importance of exploiting this holy month to disseminate the culture of amity, tolerance, harmony, good work and unity, adding that the people of Bahrain will always remain united, defend the homeland, protect national achievements and work hard for better future for the coming generations.

“Bahrain will always remain the country of goodness, cooperation and fraternity between all people”, he said, stressing the Kingdom’s moderation, humanitarian role and openness on the world with its long-standing heritage and civilizational legacy.

HM the King prayed to Allah Almighty to protect Bahrain and its people, bless them with safety, security, amity and peace and guide them all on the right path to serve their country.
