Manama, June 3 (BNA)– His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Interior Minister Lieutenant General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on Bahrain’s ranking first as the safest country in the Arab and the Middle East regions and the sixth internationally according to an international survey carried out by Numbeo, the biggest free database on cities and countries worldwide.

HM lauded the efforts and sacrifice of the security officers which yielded such a global vote of confidence that reflects success in handling security issues in a record time.

He praised professionalism, readiness and discipline of the security personnel in carrying out their missions according to international standards, wishing them every success in fulfilling their duties.
