Manama, May 14 (BNA)– His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Safriya Palace today US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Anne Patterson on the occasion of her visit to Bahrain.

HM welcomed her, lauding strong historic relations of friendship between Bahrain and the USA and their perpetual growth in various fields. He also discussed with the US official issues of common concern.
