Manama, Sept. 17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks and appreciation from the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi for attending the opening ceremony of the new Suez Canal on August 6, 2015.
President Al-Sisi lauded HM the King’s participation in such a historic event, noting that it embodies the strength of the Bahraini-Egyptian relations and partnership, expressing hope that the brotherly ties bonding the two countries and peoples will continue progressing in all fields.

He wished HM King Hamad abundant good health an d happiness and Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
