Manama, Nov. 27. (BNA) – His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, has received a congratulatory cable from the Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Kiyoshi Asako on the success of the parliamentary and municipal elections.

Ambassador Kiyoshi Asako lauded the positive atmosphere that prevailed during elections, which, he said, reflected the Bahraini voters’ awareness, patriotism and commitment to the need to continue the democratic march and Reform Project, spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He also lauded the kingdom’s distinguished status at the international arena.
