HRH Premier praises Bahrainis’ dedication

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has expressed pride in Bahrainis who contributed to honouring their country at the international gatherings and agencies in the fields of sport, culture, among others.
Premier wished every success for the President of the Asian Football Federation (AFC) Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa in the FIFA presidency elections.

He also commended the efforts of the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) SHaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, who endeavours resulted in the Bahraini pavilion’s winning of the silver medal of Expo Milano 2015, among 150 pavilions, an international achievement that adds to the Kingdom’s rich record of milestone accomplishments, he said.

Receiving a number of senior state officials, HRH the Prime Minister praised the dedication of Bahraini men and women in the fields of literature, thought, politics and economy, stressing that their contributions are highly appreciated by the government.

On the latest regional and global developments, HRH Premier affirmed that the economic and security challenges currently facing the region and the world started affecting the development process directly.

In this regard, he underlined the government’s keenness to create the tools that pave the way for development, particularly through ensuring security and safety and leaving no loopholes through which terrorism can enter.
