Industrial land demand to rise in Bahrain

The implementation of a new law raising the leasing rates for industrial land is expected to attract an unprecedented demand for industrial plots in Ra’as Zweid and land adjacent to Ma’ameer and Sitra villages, according to real estate brokers.
