Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA)– Information Minister Isa bin Abdulrahman Al Hammadi praised the key role of Isa Cultural Centre as a civilisational and educational edifice in the region that projects Bahrain’s cultural richness. He was speaking as he received today the centre’s Board of Trustees Deputy Chairman Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
He lauded the centre’s distinguished services for the cultural and intellectual sector as well as for the national economy through cooperation between the public and private sectors. He emphasised the role of the centre in reflecting Bahrain’s keen interest in preserving the authentic Arab and Islamic culture and explore other ones.

The minister reviewed with Shaikh Khalid issues of common concern pertaining mainly to ways of bolstering cooperation between the ministry and Isa Cultural Centre to further develop the media field.
