Manama, Aug. 5 (BNA): Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has received the newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Qi Zhenhong.

The minister wished the new envoy a successful diplomatic mission in the kingdom, hailing the good ties between the two friendly countries.

He also praised the high level of bilateral coordination and cooperation, especially in the security field.
