Manama, Sept. 24. (BNA) – Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa received here today the outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Shigeki Sumi.
The Interior Minister expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Japanese envoy for the tremendous efforts he had exerted to consolidate bilateral ties in all fields, wishing him every success.

Ambassador Sumi valued highly the Interior Ministry’s cooperation with him, which, he said, had contributed to the success of his duties, wishing Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
